6大改进促进快递绿色包装

Issuing time:2022-02-24 11:45

At present, the packaging in the domestic express delivery field mainly focuses on the following 7 types: express delivery waybills, woven bags, plastic bags, envelopes, packing boxes, adhesive tapes, and internal buffers. Based on the express delivery business volume of 13.96 billion pieces throughout the year in 2014 as statistically reported by the State Post Bureau, in 2014, the country consumed approximately 14 billion express delivery waybills, 2 billion woven bags, 5.584 billion plastic bags, 2.1 billion envelopes, 6.7 billion packing boxes, 11.45 billion meters of adhesive tapes, and 2.01 billion internal buffers.

In view of the current market competition environment and status quo, there are insurmountable difficulties in the use of degradable and recyclable environmentally friendly materials in express delivery packaging, as well as in recycling, processing and reuse. But there is a green and feasible packaging solution:

First, control the source well. Do a good job in reduction, carry out reduction from aspects such as production raw materials, packaging design and packaging usage. At the same time, strictly control the purchasing process, fully consider the environmental friendliness of the purchased materials, and select environmentally friendly packaging products. For plastic bags and woven bags with large consumption, do not use finished products made of toxic and harmful materials. Especially for woven bags, some canvas bags or plastic transfer boxes that can be recycled can be partially purchased to gradually replace and reduce the use of disposable woven bags.

Second, enhance environmental awareness. Standardize the operating habits of express delivery personnel and package handlers, and guide operators to package products moderately and scientifically.

Third, establish a recycling system. Firstly, express delivery enterprises should encourage internal recycling. For used envelopes, packing boxes, etc., they can be reused; Secondly, multiple parties should jointly build a recycling system. On the one hand, measures should be taken to encourage express delivery personnel to recycle packaging and combine it with fixed-point recycling at express delivery outlets. On the other hand, the recycled packaging should be uniformly sold to relevant production enterprises for reuse. Fourth, promote emerging technologies. The packaging production link should increase the research and development efforts of product technology, research and develop alternative products for non-environmentally friendly materials, optimize existing technologies and processes, and increase the usage ratio and product performance of recycled materials in products. In the packaging usage link, information-based means should be used to reduce or avoid excessive packaging.

Fifth, strengthen supervision. First, relevant standards should be updated and implemented to match the development of the industry; Secondly, mandatory provisions can be added. Relevant departments need to strengthen supervision over all participants in express delivery packaging, and take strict supervision measures against unqualified and unsafe packaging enterprises to ensure that qualified products are circulated in the market.

Finally, consumers should establish the concept of low-carbon express delivery packaging and enhance the green awareness of the entire society, and recycle express delivery packaging through recycling channels
